Kenneth Humble, Director and co-founder of Stanway Humble Goode Pty Ltd, has more than 25 years of professional expertise in accounting and Australian tax law. Kenneth specialises in proactive management advice in regards to various areas of Taxation law, Goods and Services Tax, Fringe Benefits Tax and personal income tax returns, and has led his staff by example, with enthusiasm, his dedication to his clients and a responsible work ethic.
Kenneth established Stanway Humble Goode Pty Ltd, with his partner Rick Goode, in 1994. Prior to this, Kenneth worked individually and in partnership, including working as a corporate accountant for Built Environs Pty Ltd for a period of time. Kenneth has been a manager of a small business for over 25 years. During this time, he has developed skills in leadership and professional networking, as well as gained specialised expertise in primary production tax benefits through Stanway Humble Goode Pty Ltd’s Clare branch.
Amongst his expertise in accounting, tax and financial planning, Kenneth’s work has required him to act as a point of authority between clients and the ATO, has managed members voluntary winding up several companies and has administered a significant number of self managed superannuation funds (SMSFs).
Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the South Australian Institute of Technology, is an authorized representative of Humble Goode Financial Planning Pty Ltd, is a Chartered Accountant and Tax Advisor and is a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia. Kenneth enjoys following and participating in general aviation.

Rick Goode, Director and co-founder of Stanway Humble Goode, has over 25 years of professional experience in accounting, financial planning and Australian tax law. Rick specialises in areas of accountancy from consulting to SMEs.
Rick established Stanway Humble Goode Pty Ltd, with his partner Ken Humble, in 1994. Prior to this, he was company secretary of Knight Frank (SA) Pty Ltd for 4 years and worked for various Chartered Accounting forms, including Pannell Kerr Forster and Grant Thornton. During this time, he developed skills in audit, taxation, self managed super funds, financial planning and business consulting. These attributes have been especially relevant in his role as SHG director.
Rick’s expertise in accounting, tax and financial planning has required him to function in a diverse range of industries including health, primary production, building and construction and property development. He has also been the finance director of the Sturt Football Club since 2010 and has found this to be a highly rewarding role.
Rick holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide, is accredited as a Chartered Accountant, is an authorized representative of Humble Goode Financial Planning Pty Ltd and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Rick is also a Chartered Tax Advisor and a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia. Rick enjoys boating, reading and a good bottle of red.
